   • Please note that the one-time fee for the online live session is non-refundable.
   • Once the payment has been made and the session has commenced, we are unable to process any refund requests.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   • If you need to cancel or reschedule your online session, we require at least 12 hours of notice before the scheduled session time.
   • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session start may not be accommodated.
   • In such cases, the one-time fee for the session will not be refunded.
   • We will refund you the amount in 2-3 days after taking all the necessary steps.
4. Technical Issues:
   • We understand that technical difficulties, such as internet connectivity issues or platform malfunctions, can sometimes arise during online sessions.
   • If a technical issue arises that significantly impacts the quality or completion of the session, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
   • However, no refund will be provided for technical issues beyond our control.
5. Client Satisfaction:
   • Our utmost priority is your satisfaction with our services. If you have any concerns or issues regarding your online session, please contact us immediately.
   • We will do our best to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution within the scope of our refund policy.
6. Exceptions:
   • In exceptional cases, where we are unable to fulfill our commitment to provide the online live session due to unforeseen circumstances or practitioner unavailability, we reserve the right to offer a refund or reschedule the session at our discretion.
